Established in 2019 Igloo Fabrication is a subsidiary of Igloo Industries (a conglomerate of subsidiaries that specializes in the assembly and distribution of commercial food equipment, and refrigeration). The factory/warehouse is located in Toronto, Ontario.
Igloo Fabrication is dedicated to bending and cutting metal with precision for a structure (art metal, engraving, monograms, home décor etc) or product specifically tailored to the commercial food establishment/business (stainless steel butcher tables, work tables compartment sinks, refrigerators etc) that’s adaptable to small or large scale. Instead of maintaining the look or size of a product, Igloo offers you the opportunity to customize or create a whole new product from scratch.
Igloo’s custom metal fabrication division uses a wide range of specialized high-end industrial equipment. Igloo Fabrication uses a wide variety of high quality grade metals; the most popular metal is stainless steel. Igloo high-quality metals give you a product of longevity and quality.
The process includes the following: Metal Cutting: Igloo’s high-tech computers indicate and calculate where incisions are to be made with the utmost precision. The equipment utilized for metal cutting ranges from punches, lasers, plasms, notches, shears and saws. Igloos facility can alter metal to any shape or form from complex shapes such as circles or curves to creating openings on metals of any size or shape.
Forming: Forming is an integral part of the custom metal fabrication process and a skill our department performs with ease and expert craftsmanship. We are able to form any metal of your choice into nearly any shape, opening up a vast expanse of possibilities for an on-brand design that retains the functionality we are known for.
Assembly: Perhaps the most crucial part of custom metal design and fabrication, assembling the pieces necessary to add the perfect metal finish to your equipment of choice is the final step in the process and involves expert welders and metallurgy engineers working together to finalize your product to your preferences.
